Artworks received in an unsatisfactory/damaged condition by the buyer or if the Artworks gets lost while shipping, Artwork may be returned to us in an ‘as is’ condition. In such a case we will refund 100% of the payment to the buyer and cancel the order or the Artist will create a similar Artwork and ship it to you. The cost of shipping the artworks back to the artist by the collector will be borne by the us.
To get 100% Refund, the buyer needs to send the Artwork back to us in an ‘as is’ condition. Once we receive the Artwork, will issue 100% Refund and also Include the shipping cost which was borne by the buyer.
How we ensure that Artwork reaches to you Safely?
We would be Upset if you don’t get the Artwork you love. Therefore we take the following steps to ensure the safety of your Artwork. You can check the image here.
- The Artwork is checked thoroughly for any damages caused by moisture, fungus before shipping.
- Then the Artwork is rolled with a plastic sheet which will safe it from moisture during shipping.
- The Artwork is then put inside a thick PVC Pipe, which ensures complete safety of the Artwork during Transit.
Even after taking all the above steps there is a teeny tiny possibility that the Artwork may get Lost during Transit. In that case, the buyer two options, the artist can make a similar Artwork and send it the Buyer or the Buyer can claim 100% refund.
